Default Fibre

I thought cabbage was a fibrous veg.
I'm looking at my bag of slaw mix and it only has 1g of fibre/ serving.
I thought it would have more

I just eat it raw, from those slaw packages without the mayo and such.
I don't cook it.

same concept though -

calories are low
fiber is high compared to the calories

so you get a lot of fiber bang (no fart joke intended) for your calorie buck

All cabbage has some dietary fiber food: insoluble cellulose and lignin in the ribs and structure of the leaves. Depending on the variety, it has a little vitamin A, moderate amounts of the B vitamin folate and vitamin C.
