1/29 204.5 Not too bad! I've actually been a bit higher over the last few weeks but haven't weighed in. I let it go for a few weeks knowing I was going to have to start my triathlon training. That's started now and my diet and training are finally in line. Guess I just needed a solid goal to get me going! Plus, I've got a "date" in a couple of weeks so you know that'll motivate me for the next few weeks too! |

1-8-10 wt = 177.8 ( - 2 lbs) 1-15: wt = 176 ( -2.8 lbs) 1-22: wt = 176.2 (+0.2) 1-29: wt = 175.2 (-1.0) Not bad but I feel like I am on the crisp of a huge weight drop but I'll take the 1 lb lost for the week. |

Great job everyone. Looks like everyone lost about 1 lbs from the previous week except for Greg but he will lose more than once he "detox." I haven't forgot about you Jeanette, Ms. Rebel.
